Every item is a unique work of art and made to your satisfaction 100%. I make it a point to keep my customers updated via the internet throughout the production process. I do take longer than most manufacturers because of the care I take in producing your order.
Thanks to Roy L. Pearson, the infamous judge from Washington DC, I can no longer claim 100% satisfaction. As of June 13, 2007, my policy is to replace any item damaged during shipping. Damaged items must be returned to me within 10 business days. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for the returned item only.
